“BJJ is for everyone” is often said, yet there are people who are, for certain reasons, not able to follow standard Jiu-Jitsu lessons (EGJJF Fundamentals). These reasons could be physical or psychological. To help and encourage this demographic to train in our great martial art, we have developed the EGJJF Combat Defense program.
Unlike EGJJF Fundamentals, there is no sparring at the end of the lesson. These lessons are mainly aimed at people who want to grow steadily in Jiu-Jitsu. The program itself consists of 20 well balanced lessons. Once you have completed the whole program you will be able to test for the White / Blue belt, the Combat Defense belt. The EGJJF Combat Defense program aims to introduce people to Jiu-Jitsu in an approachable way and to bind them to your team. As an EGJJF Combat Defense instructor you will distinguish yourself from the competition.
We will require you to provide a Certificate of Conduct before we can certify you as an instructor.
