EGJJF Fundamentals
EGJJF Fundamentals is the name of the program with which we transfer the basic techniques of Jiu-Jitsu from white to black belt to our members. The primary focus of the basic techniques is self-defense, as BJJ was intended.
Many Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu styles are based on fitness, strength, timing and flexibility. Inevitably, if a practitioner cannot train due to injury or any other reason these physical attributes will fade. Our Jiu-Jitsu is based on leverage, connection and weight distribution. These principles allow the practitioner to be more efficient and therefore use less energy. The curriculum of the EGJJF has been designed so that students can learn the style following a structured method. Our instructors are also trained in how to teach Jiu-Jitsu in accordance to the EGJJF Fundamentals program. As an instructor of EGJJF Fundamentals you will distinguish yourself from the competition. We will require you to provide a Certificate of Conduct before we can certify you as an instructor.
The EGJJF organizes various EGJJF Fundamentals seminars. View and sign up for the following seminars:
