EGJJF KIDS Day
A day event where children learn the most important techniques and principles of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Just like true Heroes, everyone has strengths and weaknesses. We allow the children discover their strengths and help them to trust in themselves.
Through team games the children will also learn to communicate and work together to become the winning team!
In addition, we talk about the importance of healthy eating, dealing with bullying, setting limits and real friendship.
The lessons are given by (state) recognized instructors, ensuring a safe and responsible lesson environment.

The KIDS Day is Sunday April 3th
Where?
The KIDS Day will be held at MATS martial arts academy. The address is Sporthal De Drie Linden, Heisprong 15 in Prinsenbeek. There are plenty of free parking spaces available at the front of the gym.
For whom?
The KIDS DAY is open to children registered by the EGJJF from 7 to 14 years.
What are the costs?
The KIDS day is free for EGJJF Members.
