White belt phase II exam

This exam is for white belts. The candidate will be given the opportunity to receive two stripes on their belt by explaining how to execute the most important basic techniques of Jiu-Jitsu. In this exam a basic series of Self Defense techniques must also be demonstrated. The phase II exam is, in principle, an interim exam given in preparation for the blue belt exam..
